Pingeinbruch beim Zocken

Kernel 2.4.30-r3 gaming
im kernel sind: "PPP support for async serial ports" "PPP (point-to-point protocol) support" "PPP over Ethernet" + Treiber für meine Realtek-Netzwerkkarte(dsl) und Intel dingens(onboard für lan)
rp-pppoe
anbieter: terrorkom, adsl-flat


hallo, mein ping ist zwar in normal(also um die 20ms) aber sobald ich länger als eine minute quakeIII spiele explodiert mein ping und bleibt dann zwischen 300 und 400ms:(

was kann da los sein, gibt es settings in rp-pppoe die ich ändern sollte?
