I found this page but with the too many choices i'd figure i'd ask here to see if anyone has any experience with any of them.
Basically i'm looking for a good web ui for KVM on my gentoo (server, the thing's headless, hence a web ui) box. Doesn't have to be too extravagant, just looking for a good way to easily configure and start a VM so I can connect to it with vncviewer from my desktop. |

I've not used a web based Virtualization UI yet. But here's what I can say:
- There has been a very positive review of openQRM in a recent (German) Linux Magazin article.
- If you use something that is maintained by RedHat (and maybe integrates with their libvirt tools), you will usually have a very solid software which will receive good support over the years. _________________ lxg.de – codebits and tech talk |

I use Virt Machine Manager http://virt-manager.org/
emerge -av virt-manager
It's not a web gui but is will connect just fine to libvirt via ssh.
