If I try to run "wget" I get

Try ?wget --help? for more options.

which doesn't show properly with "?".
But if I run "env LANG=en_US wget" then everything works fine.
This only happens in virtual terminal. When I run "wget" in terminal emulator under X everything works fine too.
Here is my locale.

Oh, change font is still useless in some situation.
It is nvidia driver that causes this problem. Switching to Nouveau makes everything work fine. So, it is still unsolved..... |

| The nvidia driver is X only, it has no effect on VTs. |
