kdelibs-4.6.1-r1 build fails

I am trying to get kde 4.6 installed completely,but running into issues with kdeplasma-addons will not install without semantic-desktop in USE. So set it in make.conf and now kdelibs will not build with semantic-desktop in USE. Remove it and kdelibs builds fine but then kdeplasma-addons fails. I see there is a patch for kdeplasma-addons 4.5 versions is there one for 4.6 version to allow it to be built without semantic-desktop set in use?

I was following the bug report but it was for 4.5 versions so dont really know if that would help on 4.6 versions. If the info I provided was not enough let me know if there are any logs you would need and how to post them. I usually just lurk and find my solution and dont post much so just ask for things you need and Ill do my best to help getting helped.And thanks in advance for your help.
