Hey!
It seems that the openbsd 4.6 release includes wildcatfb (unaccelerated) and ifb (accelerated) graphics driver for expert3d, xvr-500, xvr600 and xvr1200 sun graphic cards.
is there a chance to port that to linux/gentoo - that would be great!
any ideas? |

Hi guys,
has there been any follow up on this? I've messed with OpenBSD and it does indeed work. Would love to get Gentoo going as well....

What gfx-card are you using? What about the performance - I didn't OpenBSD myself. |

I'm using the XVR-600 in a Blade1500.
I tried OpenBSD and it worked - although performance was pretty sub-par... |
