Doesn't switch off after pm-suspend

Doesn't switch off after pm-suspend. I tried few kernels.

Well it's obvious from your dmesg paste there is a problem with your BIOS, which has nothing to do with Gentoo / Linux, as far as I can see.

Check out your BIOS for power management settings and ensure they are set up accordingly.

You want to be using ACPI and not APM.
