I've found lots of information about hooking these kinds of converters up to Linux before, but none about this specific one and hardly any about a specific converter. It can be found at http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=55&products_id=255&. I bought it from the place at the link too. I'm just wandering if anybody has gotten it to work or has any information on it. _________________ Jarrett Lee

Of course it works, except maybe vibrations (but I didn't search long for something to test that !). You might want to modprobe joydev, and check out the usb and joystick options in the kernel config. |

You've actually used it before? When I modprobe joydev, it doesn't creat the device for some reason. Are there some options I need to use with modprobe? I think my kernel options are correct, although I'll try that if there's not any options I need with modprobe. _________________ Jarrett Lee

In the kernel config you might want to check "Input core support", because the device is /dev/input/js0 also in "USB support" check "HID input layer support". |
