Hi all,

I'm using Gnome3 from the overlay, and it works really good so far. However, I'd like to change some keyboard shortcuts. Now my problem is that in the Gnome Control Center, section Keyboard, Shortcuts tab, there are only the categories Launchers, Sound and Media, System, Universal Access, and Custom Shortcuts.

According to #gnome-shell on IRC, there should at least be two more categories: Desktop, and Window Management.

Why are those missing here?

Here are the packages I have installed:

Code:

By the way, it would be even helpful if any GNOME 3 user could tell me if (s)he has the Desktop and Window Management categories there.

Hi,
In keyboard-shortcuts I have:
    Launchers
    Navigation
    Screenshots
    Sound and media
    System
    Universal Access
    Windows
    Custom

So not quiet the extra ones you mention, but maybe Navigation covers desktop ( ? ). It has things like moving windows to different desktops. This is with gnome-base/gnome-control-center-3.0.1.1

Oh, that looks much better. Have a look at my bug report. The Gentoo GNOME maintainer Nirbheek has the same issue like me, but he has the complete gnome-base/gnome meta package installed. We somehow need to check what the differences are...
