All builds successfully compiled from very Gnome 2.26 to Gnome 2.32.1 and backgroud changed to black, no desktop available.
I have changed the system links for application menu and screensaver, but it seems screensaver still failed to work.
Any logfile available for me to check? I have tried revdep-build and found nothing to do.

Just to clarify:
You're not having a black background but working panels etc. but just a plain black screen when starting gnome? Or does Gnome work now because this:
"I have changed the system links for application menu and screensaver, but it seems screensaver still failed to work." sounds like only the screensaver is failing.
If it is a xorg issue, you should look in /var/log/Xorg.0.log,
if it is gnome failing there should be some logfile in your user's home folder. But I don't know the name. Something like xsession-fail.log or smth.

Thanks.
It seems Gnome Panel is OK for me. If I was not wrong, there are two status bars looks OK. But the area between them, just black. I tried to change background or screensavers but nothing happened. I am afraid there must be something wrong with gnome components.

Hm, strange.

I found the file I couldn't remember the name of: .xsession-errors

It's a hidden file. Assuming you can navigate in Gnome, open your home folder and press CTRL+H to show hidden files, then take a look at .xsession-errors.
