Has anyone tried using Win4Lin with DVD X Copy Express or InstantCopy?
I don't want to have to boot into windows every time I want to do something with my DVD burner, so I want to know if anyone has tried this.
PS. I know there is software to burn DVD's with linux, but I don't find them as good as the Windows counterparts. |

DVD X copy express.
Not to burst your bubble but if you really knew how to do DVD burning all you need is Nero.
Nero will run under wine. Which leads to the ability to burn DVDs in linux without having to boot into windows.
Or you could try DVD X copy crappy whatever in wine.
Yes I have tried that program and yes it does suck in my opinion. Just stay open to other options for burning software. |
