Neverwinter Nights Dedicated Linux Server error on exit

I can load the server software and run it fine (either as root or as any user) but when I exit the software I receive "Segmentation Fault" unless I am running it as root. Other than that, it's working fine. Any ideas? I'll let Bioware know too, and If I get a report from them I'll let you all know, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this?

I run it on gentoo with nor problems. If you get a error when not logged in as root are all the files owned by the users group or at least the user that you are running it with? maybe the log directory or something is owned by root? only thing I can think of.
