Hello, i have been struggling to get my system to update of late, keeping getting this error:

sys-auth/policykit was replaced with sys-auth/polkit.
You appear to be installing an older version of networkmanager that requires the old policykit instead of polkit. All of the networkmanager ebuild in the current tree are for version 8 and higher which depend on polkit. Try emerging just networkmanager first, then do the full world update. _________________

First, update portage - I don't really recall full history, but there were many changes lately that affected dependency calculation.
Also, unmerge policykit and emerge polkit, if you have former installed. |

I would need to see more of the log, but chances are you need to rebuild imagemagick (or perhaps librsvg) first. |
