Just have a quick question about usage of nptl in make.conf.
What I want to know is, do I no longer need to put "threads" in the USE flags section of make.conf if I have "nptl" and "nptlonly" in there? Or is threads not related to linuxthreads?

I may be wrong,
nptl and nptlonly flags are for POSIX threads implementations (kernel, glibc);
threads or ithreads are for package threads implementations (python, perl etc). |
