|
|
Hi,
I have an MS Office keyboard and set the keyboard type as such in my Xfree86 config.
The only thing that doesn't work, though, is the 'End' key (in any text edit fields and terminals). 'Home' does work.
Can anyone help here? Or should I just set the keyboard type to a more standard one? |

Checkout /etc/inputrc for home/end key quirkiness
I had to solve the infamous home/end key problem in an Xfree terminal editor as well.
BTW, the lastest baselayout in ~x86 fixed my problem with this - maybe yours too. Beware though - it replaces lots of files in /etc like fstab. Or maybe I'm emerging wrong |
