Moin Leute,
hab mir vor circa einem Jahre ein ThinkPad Edge 13 geholt und mit einer Intel X25-E 32GB bestückt. Performance war großartig. Nun wachse ich immer mehr in Linux rein, speziell auch Gentoo und habe letztens (man optimiert ja das System irgendwie ständig.  ) festgestellt, dass die SSD Performance nicht zufriedenstellend ist.

Timing cached reads: 2686 MB in 2.00 seconds = 1343.92 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 454 MB in 3.01 seconds = 151.05 MB/sec |
Timing buffered disk reads ( -t ) war damals mal bei um die 270 MB/sec.
Die SSD unterstützt kein TRIM. fstrim usw. fallen also leider flach.

Weiß jemand einen Rat woran das liegen könnt, oder neigt sich die SSD schon dem Ende zu? O.o
