MJpegtools bug

I have a camera capturing still images of a construction site and then use the mjpegtools to convert the stills into a timelapse video of what is going on. The problem is that in the current version of mjpegtools (1.6.1.90) there is a bug that causes jpeg2yuv to loop infinitely. This is fixed in the CVS version for mjpeg.sf.net according to a post on the mjpeg forums.

I can't get the cvs version to compile (though I'll keep plugging away at it) and I can't downgrade mjpegtools because avifile gets downgraded and fails to compile.

Just thought I'd send this heads up.
