I am starting to rip FLAC files from audio cds using abcds, and am having trouble generating .cue files.

I have been working with the sample abcde configuration here to start, and am stuck on the .cue file. when I add the cue action to the ACTIONS configuration, I get the following error:

Code:
ed@jukebox ~ $ abcde -c abcde-flac.conf
which: no mkcue in (/home/ed/bin:/usr/local/flashcam/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/4.4.5:/usr/games/bin:/home/ed/bin)
[ERROR] abcde: mkcue is not in your path.
[INFO] Define the full path to the executable if it exists on your system.
ed@jukebox ~ $ mkcue
-bash: mkcue: command not found

mkcue doesn't appear anywhere obvious in portage. am I missing something, or do I need to download the source? it also looks like mkcue hasn't been maintained in some time, and I am wondering - is there a newer option?

I haven't gotten as far as looking into the .log files yet, but if anyone has advice that would be most helpful.

https://github.com/cschwan/cschwan-overlay/blob/master/app-cdr/mkcue/mkcue-1.ebuild - no official ebuild, but works for me.
