KDE intallation probs. Emerge kde quits with errors.

I'm attemptin to install kde on my system xserver is running fine.

I have come to the part of the installation when I am running:
emerge kde

I get:

Calculating dependencies -
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy ">=media-libs/win32codecs-0.50"

!!! Error calculating dependancies. Please correct."


Where can i find the files or what do I need to do to continue. The only thing I can think of is going back and starting from the very begining and reinstall gentoo from a stage-1 (again....)
