Hello.
When my system switching to runlevel 3, i have this messages:
mkdir: cannot create directory '/var/lib/misc': Read only filesystem
ERROR: bootmisc failed to start
I do not have any read only options in my fstab:
/dev/sda1 / ext4 defaults 0 1
and in my kernel command in grub config:
kernel /boot/linux-3.0.6-gentoo root=/dev/sda1
Where can be a problem?

I think problem was because i turned off large file support in kernel and because of that kernel could not mount ext4 file system correctly. Enabling that option solved the problem |
