bacon image on latest livedvd

So what's this all about? The 2012 livedvd installer (at least for amd64) has this annoying bacon image window that pops up everytime you hit ctrl-b. Being a lifelong emacs user, I'm just about ready to throttle whatever moron thought this one up.

I remember a chef telling me if the item doesn't become popular wrap it in bacon and try again.

I wonder if gentoo will go up now in distrowatch.
