I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Gentoo on an HP dv7t laptop and a 7690M graphics card and the ATI/AMD drivers? I can't seem to find any information on linux drivers for this particualr card - I have seen info on the 7770 - I am wondering if they are "inclusive" or backwards compatible? I have more experience with NVIDIA drivers, ATI/AMD - not so much. Any info is appreciated - mostly interested in if the card works and I can use openGL/openCL. Thanks!
