R + shogun => Error in namespace

I get Gentoo-portage's R-2.10.1 installed and working.

I borrowed the ebuild for shogun 1.1.0 from zugaina and built shogun trouble free.

However, if, at the R command prompt, I request : source('myscript.R')
Then I get the following error message :

Welcome! This is SHOGUN version 1.1.0
Error in namespaceExport(ns,exports) : undefined exports:shogun
Error: package/namespace load failed for 'shogun'

Does this speak to anybody ?

EDIT : Same problem with R-2.14.2
