solved by emerging sudo package and mounting swap correctly

Hello, I have another problem about the power control on xfce4
I did what the site tell us to do (http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Xfce)
which is Configuring policykit daemon. I also created another file for suspend/hibernate and udisk mounting authority.
However, suspend works, udisk mounting works, but hibernate, restart and shutdown are still gray. even I start x with root count, they are gray too.

Well, I have to let you that, restart and shutdown works in the last system that I've installed before, then I reinstalled system because the swap volume is too small to make hibernate work. so I reinstalled the system, the kernel is updated too, (the last version is 3.2.1-gentoo-r2) but this time restart, shutdown the hibernate are not possible.

Do you have any ideas?
Thanks

Desktop Env: xfce4
kernel: 3.2.12-gentoo

hibernate is solved, pb is due to the incorrect swap mounting.
but restart and shutdown are still impossible.

problem solved.

installed sudo package, and buttons become available but need password to launch. So I add nopasswd to my count in visudo, then it works.

However I don't understand, I am not authorized by configuring polkit and consoledkit. I examined the polkit configuration. Generally, the group wheel is authorized by default. why do I also need sudo?
