I have Cinnamon 1.6.7 running (gnome 3.6.2 under the hood) and when I press the power button the system gets into suspend, as per org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power in dconf. but at the same time my console writes powerbutton pressed and system going to shutdown now. needless to say that after returning from suspend the system shuts down. I fixed that by removing shutdown from the powerbtn.sh file, but I think the problem is that script does not recognize the new gnome powermanagment. maybe the responsible people could fix that upstream? or is it already fixed? I have only sys-power/acpid-2.0.17-r1 installed, do I need anything newer?
