I install gentoo on VMware workstation。

This could mean that you cannot read the disk where fdisk and net-setup are. Any messages from dmesg? _________________ Please add [solved] to the initial post's subject line if you feel your problem is resolved.

I installed a few times later,at last times,it's OK.
But i still don't know where wrong.I search on internet then those tell me your harddisk sick -_-||| |

It could be. You should check for messages in dmesg.
