I have a strange issue, it seems that my computer generates ghost key stokes (up until now, only arrows strokes) which manifests on the screen, for example my firefox window scrolls up and down.

this happens in konsole, as I'm out of idesa, anyone has some ideas what can cause it?

Code:

Have you excluded hardware issue? This would be my first bet.

I'm not sure this is a hw issue as my wife runs W7 in vb which runs ontop of openbox and she didn't had any problems, e.g. I didn't got shout at yet.

now unfortunately my wife did encountered this issue within W7 so I'll try to rule out hw issue, I hope that it isn't my mouse as it was quite expensive and recommended at, I've hoped it will last for years, will try.
