@vip1646, welcome to Gentoo!
These are screenshots of Gentoo Linux submitted by users, in this case, Chopinzee. He's running the Enlightenment desktop environment, which is available in the Gentoo package repository (called Portage). For more information on Gentoo, see our About page.
Installing Gentoo is unlike most other distributions in that you build everything yourself. The detailed installation instructions are in the Gentoo Handbook. Take a look at that and, if you have any questions, there are loads of people here that will help.

Also, there's a Chinese section of the forum where you can ask questions in your native language.
