I emerged xine and it worked. Then I emerged xine-dvdnav and it complains about libxine.so. I did a ldd check and there isn't a link but I have libxine.so in my /usr/lib/ directory. How do I fix this?

Xine already has built-in dvdnav support. Be sure you are using the new xine-lib-1, and not the old xine-lib-0.9.13.
