I upgrade my kernel to 3.3.8-gentoo but after that the mouse will not work anymore, I have tried to reinstall the x11-drivers for mouse.

Amd 64 3500+ ATA 100 7200/rpm.

so you did 'emerge -1 xf86-input-evdev', right?
Please post the output of:

Hmm, that looks ok.
Upload your dmesg and /var/log/Xorg.0.log to a site like pastebin and post the links here, please.
Does your mouse work in console? Install sys-libs/gpm, do /etc/init.d/gpm start, and move your mouse around while you're on a VT that doesn't have X on it. Do you see a mouse cursor appear and move as you move the mouse? |

gpm is installed and it is started but it does not work either.

I downgraded to kernel 3.2.12-gentoo and now everything is working again
