All setup no user folders?

I have gentoo setup where I can boot to it, but I don't have any user folders! I used useradd and passwd and they seemed to work. I can reboot and login as the user I added however there are no user folders or files! I may have missed something while I was setting it up, but I have read the Installation Instructions over and over. I can't find any thing. Plus I thought useradd was supposed to add the folders and files. Any of ya'll have any ideas?

Are you certain that you entered the correct command for useradd? There's a FAQ entry in the FAQ Forum. You might double check.
