Hi,
I am using a Thinkpad X121e and I'm trying to get my suspend-to-ram functionality working. When I use pm-suspend and try to get back, the system just starts as if i just shut it down and does not resume.
pm-suspend.log says that the suspend was successful and pm-hibernate works fine.
What can cause these issues? I tried everything and I have absolutely no ideas anymore. |

Just to make sure you've tried everything:
* Have you tried this?
* does dmesg say anything interesting?
* Have you tried suspending from the console before starting X? If this works, your video driver might be causing the problem, leaving the GPU in a bad state.
* What about from single-user mode?
If these don't work, the problem may be at the kernel level. If so, you have compile as many things as possible as modules, then remove them one by one before suspending to see which one is causing the problem. _________________ Personal overlay | Simple backup scheme |
