Hi, I am trying to install gentoo on a sony vaio PCG-SRX51P/B. It has a firewire DVD/CDRW. It will boot from the CD but fails when trying to mount the CD saying it can not find the cdrom drive. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this going? I am told that Mandrake will work but I want to stick with gentoo. Thanks John
