Yes. This question is asked and answered 10 times a day, you should have no problem finding an answer.

That depends on what hardware your sound card is. Sb Live! and better can do that by themselves, hardware mixing. But most others need ESD or ARTS so they can play more then one stream at a time. I recommend to buy an sb live or audigy card, good drivers and they don't need ESD or ARTS to play ore then one stream at a time. |
