Jupiter ebuild for Gentoo

I tried to find ebuild for "jupiter" http://www.jupiterapplet.org/ no vain.
First time i discovered it on Fuduntu, it comes as default there.

is someone tried to install it on Gentoo? Or using similar software to manage CPU frequency dynamically.

p.s. my system - Gentoo with Gnome 3
