Help with Zope?

I've tried emerging Zope a few times now, but keep getting refused access when I try to log into the web interface. I've entered the generated password for the admin account, and this fails. I've tried to run "zope-config --zpasswd", create a new account (admin), and set the password, and I still get denied.

I'm new to Zope. Ultimately I want to get Silva setup, but know I need Zope running first. I have searched the forums and Google for this issue, with no luck - all posts seem to indicate the above two steps in this situation.

Any suggestions? (I'll be reading the Zope documentation in more thorough detail tomorrow, in hopes I've overlooked something minor).
