NCftp Probelms

I have my ncftpd up and running but i would like to "jail" users to their homedirectory and only specific directorys that i would like them to access.

ive been reading the config docs and tried doing
u-restrict-mode=homedir //which is straight out of my config file

however users can still move around to any directory they would like.

any help with how to restict people to their home, and only certain directories would be awesome.
