Hi
I have a workstation with a Supermicro X9DAi board, and I cannot get the sensor readings (except for the CPU coretemp). When I run sensors-detect, I get in the output

(but not activated)

It is not possible to modprobe w83627ehf:

The manual says ``The onboard CPU and chassis fans are controlled by firmware thermal management via IPMI 2.0.''
I tried enabling IPMI in the kernel, and no /dev/ipmi was created.

Maybe I am missing some settings in the BIOS.
I would appreciate any help, especially if somebody has this motherboard and managed to get the sensors working. |
