can't emerge wget after it got corrupted

Recently my wget got an update and that update got corrupted. I couldn't clean up the mess so I unmerged it. The only problem is I can't emerge it back as a new install. Below is the errors I get trying to reemerge it. I have also tried to ebuild it but that fails also. I have also tried to just install the file which also doesn't work.

Any thoughts on how I can get this installed and working again so I can update my system?

I believe the Gentoo tinderbox should have binaries, or if you have firefox or simular working, just get the code yourself. The code can be downloaded here:
