Dear All,
My problem occurs after I have made an update of my system. Sometimes when I work, the system freeze:/ It does not depend on anything. The system freeze randomly. It could happens after 5 min or let say 5h after the start of the system. That is not a hardware problem since I use second system - the blady Windows. On windows everything works, so at least I know that for instance the memory is in one piece. I am very angry, because I could at least make a list of the software which I have updated. Is there any kind of possibility to check which packages were installed during the "emerge -uavDN world" process?
Best regards,
nykon |

/var/log/emerge.log
Start from the end of the file.
BTW, of course you revdep-rebuild after updating.
And of course you checked in /var/log/portage/elog/summary.log to know if you had not a couple of actions to do. _________________
