Hallo Leute,
mein Problem wird hier gut beschrieben: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-916132-start-0.html
Ich habe heute eine Gentoo-Maschine aufgesetzt, alles funktionierte soweit. Irgendwann habe ich ein Update gefahren und noch ein paar Sachen installiert, u.A. nfs-utils. Nach dem Neustart der Maschine gab es kein Netzwerk:

/etc/init.d/net.eth0: line 552: _exists: command not found
* ERROR: interface eth0 does not exist
* Ensure that you have loaded the correct kernel module for your hardware
* ERROR: net.eth0 failed to start |
Das selbe erscheint auch für das lo-device.
Die Lösung im Link oben ist hier ja wohl nicht zu gebrauchen, da neues System auf dem aktuellen Stand. Ist das ein neuer Bug?

Hi
Mach mal ein lspci -k. Hat deine Netzwerkkarte da ein Kernel Modul zugeordnet? Wenn nein, Kernel anpassen.
Wenn Ja, dann mach mal ein dmesg | grep -i firmware. Wenn da sowas wie Could not load firmware raus kommt machst du ein emerge -a sys-kernel/linux-firmware.
Dann Booten und es sollte wieder gehen.
