I'm not exactly sure if XMule is still under development, but the new AMule in portage is an awsome port of EMule.
I'm using it right now. |

don't you have any memory problems ? on my computer, amule keeps growing in memory (up to 80%), attacks the swap (50% for now) and completely slow my box down. |

Are you using 1.0.8? It fixes at least one socket bug that caused it to crash. |
