hi! im wondering what should i choose between the two?
which performs best on linux the direct3d or the opengl card
i know that quadro has an equivalent geforce card, don't mind the price, cuuse i'll be upgrading my pc this christmas, a really nice upgrade,
any link that might be useful?

The optimizations in the quadro drivers speed things up that aren't really used in games, and actually is a bit slower in games than the equivalent geforce model. If you use CAD or some 3D creation software, then the quadro would be better. _________________ Inspiron 4100 & Sun UltraAXe

I think (not sure on this one) that the ATI Fire GL cards are better for Linux. |
