|
|
Hello I just finished with the Gentoo Minimal Installation "install-x86-minimal-<20121213>.iso".
The first reboot went very well with one small issue in the "su".
User work correctly but when i type "su" and i give the root passwd i get "su:Permission denied".
I thought that something wrong i did with the root passwd so i did again all the process from the beginning.
Code: |
mount /dev/sda3 /mnt/gentoo
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/gentoo/boot
mount -o bind /dev /mnt/gentoo/dev
mount -t proc proc /mnt/gentoo/proc
chroot /mnt/gentoo /bin/bash
env-update && source /etc/profile
passwd
reboot
|
But the problem remain the same.
All went good except that.I can't have access in the super user.What's wrong i did?
Can anyone help me?
