|
|
Hi All,
I have a sdcard that contains 2 partitions. I can mount the ext4 partition from Dolphin (it appears ok) but I can't mount the vfat partition as a user. I can do it manually as root with the usual mount command.
Here is the partition table
Quote: | Périphérique Amorce Début Fin Blocs Id Système
/dev/sdf1 1 29585937 14792968+ c W95 FAT32 (LBA)
/dev/sdf2 29585938 31586303 1000183 83 Linux

On another sdcard, the vfat partition works just fine in Dolphin so I don't think the system is at fault.
I think I have the right groups

I don't know if this is relevant, I have switched to systemd for some time.
I suspect some automount issue with some properties of the sdcard.
Any idea, anyone ? _________________ Linux, because you know what it is doing. |

As suspected, something was wrong with my partition and udisks didn't want to mount it.
I resorted to standard reformat with mkfs.vfat -n label and now everything's fine.
It's too bad nothing was visible in journalctl....
