I'm thinking about picking up a Nvidia Quadro4 700 or 750 XGL card on Ebay. Just curious if anyone has any experience with these under Gentoo?
Thanks a heap! |

Same experience you are going to have with a geForce Card. They use the same drivers. |

Ok. And what would an experience with a GeForce card be like? |

I am getting into 3D as a hobby. Mainly I am using Blender <blender3d.org> at the moment, but in case things eventually get more serious I thought it might be worth getting a card that fully supports Maya. I don't do any gaming so that is a non-issue for me. |
