|
|
Hi guys,
I just saw this message when I rsync'ed:
Now serving the IPV6 pimps @ rsync6.netpimpz.com
Great
How do I configure portage to use an IPv6 mirror?
should I just hardcode rsync.gentoo.org (isn't that the generic dns name it uses to get an rsync server) to an IPv6 addr in /etc/hosts ? _________________ Best regards,

Wouldn't you just edit /etc/make.conf and add the IPv6 host to the SYNC= line? |

Yup that worked - only the IPv6 mirror mentioned doesn't answer
Anyone know another IPv6 mirror? _________________ Best regards,
