execution problem with xcdroast

Recently i have installed the new version of xcdroast-098alpha10.When i tried -after the installation- to run xcdroast the previous version was executed(xcdroast-098alpha9). I have tried also the "emerge clean" and nothing happened. It continued to run the previous version. I am getting crazy please help...

Try unmerging the older version and see if that works. You might also have to run xcdroast with the -n option to ignore version number.
