sys-apps/util-linux in version 2.22.2 merging problem

Hi people!

I am having problems installing sys-apps/util-linux in version 2.22.2.

I don't know how to help myself as I am forced doing this @world profile update and I am not having any UI to work at the moment.

I have also tried of taking a different version, but gentoo won't accept, and want's THIS VERSION only.

I did some poking around, it seems to be a bug where util-linux won't compile when ncurses is compiled with the tinfo USE flag.

Compiling util-linux trouble with /lib64/libtinfow.so.5 has some additional info; the poster was also using the CUDA toolkit.

I was able to get my system to have the same problem. Emerging ncurses without the tinfo flag and then emerging util-linux solves the problem.
