systemd - Network slow to go up after suspend

I would like to solve systemd problems before return to OpenRC. One annoying problem is that the network is not up when I open the notebook after suspend but I have to wait something like 10+ seconds and is an operation that I make often during the day. I use network manager. Any idea? Do you have the same behavior?
With OpenRC the network was up with the system after suspend, so was an instant.
