Hello all,
I'm gonna be putting together a new system as a replacement to my current rig.
My new rig will consist of:
- Shuttle SB65G2 (onboard sound, NIC, Firewire, USB2.0, 802.11b 865PE chipset)
- Pentium IV 3.0C
- 2x512MB PC3200 40MHz Kingston
- 120GB Seagate Barracuda V SATA 8MB HDD
- LG 16x52x24x52 DVD/CDRW (already own this)
- Video card I have yet to determine (NVIDIA)
I have a couple questions:
1. Would there be any problems with this setup under linux?
2. I'd like to get a Geforce4 or a GeforceFX. Any recommendations? (going for a system thatll work well in linux and not have to upgrade for a while)
Thanks in advance for any assistance...
